3. Accommodation at the Sudety MTB Challenge Camp (schools, gyms), two additional nights. The accommodation starts (first night) from the July 26/27 and finishes at (second night) July 31/August 1, 2020 (sleeping mats and bags in care of each competitor) - 20 €
4. Half board: 4 dinners (from July 27), 5 breakfasts (from July 27), official banquet (July 31) for cyclists using the accommodation in the Race Camp - 180 €

Starting fees

The time of paying the entry fee (STANDARD package per person):

Distance Classic (5 classic stages)

until February 29, 2020 - 349 €

until April 30, 2020 - 399 €

until July 20, 2020 - 499 €

Distance Lite (5 short stages)

until February 29, 2020 - 329 €

until April 30, 2020 - 379 €

until July 20, 2020 - 479 €

If the decision of withdrawal is communicated before April, 30th, 2020, the participant will be reimbursed 50% of the race fees. After April 30th, 2020 or in case of withdrawal from the race, the entry fee will not be refunded.

Typical day of the race

6:00 - good morning
6:00 - 8:00 - breakfast
8:00 - transport to start line town of stage 3, luggage taking
10:00 - start distance Classic and LITE (stage 3 - start 11:00)
12:00 - 12:15 - the first riders arrival to the finish point (distance LITE, stage 1, 2, 4, 5)
13:00 - 13:30 - the first riders arrival to the finish point (distance Classic, stage 1, 2, 4, 5)
16:00 - 18:00 - late dinner
18:00 - the award ceremony, presentation of the next stage

Race Book

An electronic version of Race Book (the file format. pdf) will contain a complete compendium of information on Sudety MTB Challenge, including the following:
- The location of each stage, along with a description of each town (accommodation, restaurants, places important to the participant, supporter and accompanying persons)
- Access to towns of each stage
- Maps of each stage
- Profiles of the routes
- Location of feed stations
- Hourly event plan
- And many other important and interesting information

Parking

Guarded car park (location - please check) during the event for cars left in start line town - Stronie Slaskie (from July 27 untill July 31) including bus transport for driver after the 4th or 5th stage (additional option, price - 60 €).

The transport for the car collection will be organised:
- after the 4th stage at 7:00 PM (after the stage award ceremony)
- after the the 5th (last) stage at 3:00 PM.

Gathering point – Bike Park / School, Race’s accommodation centre (location - please check)

Transport only for the drivers of the cars left in the car park in Stronie Śląskie. The drive from Głuszyca (place of the last stage) to Stronie Śląskie (the car park spot) takes around one hour.
